A former corporate office campus, The Hub will be revitalized and transformed into a creative office campus designed for the new ways of working. Every detail has been designed with sustainability in mind.

• Sustainably sourced wood (all wood is FSC certified)
• Native and adapted plants selected for their lower water use and benefits to pollinators and birds
